How much can I take:

We recommend 1-3 oz a day. Safe to use more than 3oz. Recommended for ages 12 and older

Caution to those taking medications. Better to be safe and start slowly.

Shelf stable and yes you can leave it out. But it tastes better cold.

Texture Trouble?

Sometimes it can be a little difficult to get the shakes down. Here's what we do:

I use a very little bit of water (maybe 1/3 cup), then my 2 scoops Classic, 1/2 scoop FibRestore, and 1/4 scoop Innergize. I just chug it down. I used to put a piece of a banana (frozen works best), but since I'm taking 3-4 shakes a day, I've just gotten to the place where I guzzle to get it over with!

Milo uses one scoop of Classic and 1 scoop of Kids Now (Vanilla) in 1 cup of milk.

Madison does 2/3 cup milk, 1 scoop Chocolate Kids Now, 1/2 scoop Soysentials.

Lillian's recipe is 2/3 cup milk, 1 scoop Vanilla Kids Now and 1/4 scoop Soysentials.

Ella and Vivien are 2/3 cup milk, 1 scoop Chocolate.

We sometimes do 'add-ins' to make things more interesting. Here's a few ideas:

Orange juice with Vanilla Kids Now and some ice - sort of like an "Orange Julius". Yum.

Several ideas with Chocolate Kids Now - a scoop of Peanut Butter (Viv's fave), a piece of frozen banana, a squirt of chocolate syrup, strawberries. . . possibilities are endless if you like chocolate!

With Classic, it's easy to make a delicious fruit shake. You can add a little vanilla yogurt and fruit, orange juice and ice.

We're having a major heat wave in the D and the girls are LOVING popsicles made out of Innergize. Just mix a scoop of your favorite flavor of Innergize (available in Lemon, Orange and Cool Punch) with water - however strong you like it, pour into popsicle molds or paper Dixie cups with a stick, freeze, and ENJOY!

Hiatus

Leaving tomorrow for Girls' camp - bringing my Reliv with me, of course!! Over the next couple of months there will be a LOT of time that I'm out of town. During this time, I'm going to be taking my Reliv and still going to training, but the focus on selling will have to shift a bit until the girls go back to school. An Invitation.

So - most of you know about my new and super exciting venture. . . Milo and I are now "Master Affiliates" for RELIV INTERNATIONAL - an *amazing* company that for the last 23 years has been a leader in optimal nutrition. I began taking the products just over 5 months ago and have seen results than nothing else has given me. (and I have tried a *lot* of things!) If you know me well, you know that I've had a terrible time sleeping and for years I couldn't chew on the sides of my mouth (only used my front teeth and an awkward 'tongue thrust' for the last few years!). Since March, I've been sleeping fabulously all of the time, and eating *anything* I want, without exception - chewing with my molars!!! Making a Re-Living

I'm going to do it. I'm going to sell this stuff!! I started as a distributor in March, just paying a $25 'membership' to get 20% off all products. I've since worked up the scale, with word of mouth and our own purchases, have moved up to 25% then 30% off. Today, my parents came in as my down line, and Milo and I are now considered "Master Affiliates". I'm intimidated, but excited to see where this new venture will take us. I've never had a desire to sell anything (dabbled in Amway for about 15 minutes the first year we were married - no thanks!), so this has been the result of a LOT of praying and learning about what an incredible company this is. Full of integrity and possibility. I've now seen so many people get such great results that I feel confident that I can help others by spreading the word!

My first Information Night

i am SO glad that i had annette and some friends over today - i learned more and it was so interesting hearing things again, and listening from a 'newcomer's' perspective. i realized tonight how much i'm replacing with this product - no more daily vitamins for any of us, no more dozens of supplements for this and that. . . i'm no longer burdened with freezing feet and hands - i don't even know when that happened, and didn't realize it was much of a problem. it was milo who pointed that out - my feet don't freeze him out at night anymore! so, so interesting. . . still waiting for my face to get better, though!!!
